Went to the House of Guitars today in Rochester, New York. I could spend an entire day there. It had so many guitars to look at, and tons of them signed by amazing musicians. I spent an hour looking through vinyl and decided to buy a few Beatles albums for my dad for father's day. And I found a huge Motion City Soundtrack poster which made my year.

As previously noted, I've become a little obsessed with the tambourine. I notice it in every single song now. Makes my day.

I'll be the first to admit.. I like Taylor Swift. Her songs are catchy and for the most part very upbeat and optimistic. And who doesn't love a song that gives you some gusto and makes you feel like the world is a happy place and we all find prince charming. (there's a hint of sarcasm there, but just a hint)
